When I say "Our story" what I mean is my story because Wet 'N Reckless is me.
My name is Dave and I love beer. I love to drink it and I love to make it. I've been brewing beer at home for 20 years while working as a Biologist, Software Developer, English teacher, amateur fire breather and marriage officiater (not to mention 4 years as a United States Marine- ooh rah!). Early in 2011, I realized that it was actually possible to make my dream come true and open my own brewery.
So, here I am. One man. One mission. One brewery. I'm keeping my day job so there's not time for much else besides brewing the beer and serving it, so don't expect a lot of fancy stuff at the brewery.
My focus is being able to provide delicious and unusual beers. Nothing else is of importance. When you come to the brewery for a beer you may notice that lots of stuff is home made. I can't afford to spend lots of money on fancy looking stuff. I do everything, including this website, so don't expect much besides some delicious beer and a quaint little place to drink it. It's a matter of priorities, and the beer is my main priority. Would you have it any other way?
